Return Policy
Returning Merchandise
Items purchased on mooreandgiles.com are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must show no sign of wear and tear, have original tags, and be accompanied by a receipt of purchase.
Domestic returns will be provided with a complimentary return label. International orders may be returned, but all charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Moore & Giles items purchased from other retail locations must be returned to the retailer of purchase and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
To ensure the correct item is received, please fill out our online exchange form. We request you use the original box and shipping materials when sending back the unwanted product.
Damaged Goods: Damaged goods must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
Final Sale Items
Items that are on sale or in our "Last Chance" category, gift cards, cleaning products, and personalized items are all final sale. All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Furniture
In-stock furniture may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us to initiate the return process and we will coordinate with our shipper to schedule a retrieval date. A refund or exchange will be issued, less a 20% restocking fee.
All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. Once production of these pieces has started, we are unable to cancel the order.
All furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon delivery. Should you notice any damage upon receipt, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Storage fees may be charged if you are unable to accept your shipment within 30 days of your furniture shipping.
Our handcrafted furniture is built to last a lifetime and comes with a 5 year warranty. The frame, suspension, and leather will be free from manufacturer’s defects for up to 5 years. Our furniture pieces are not indestructible. Our warranty does not cover misuse or abuse. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
